- Helping disrupt service delivery models and challenge technology thinking in social care to design and deliver a better, more cost effective assessment and care management solution

Harrow Council – we developed the business case for the commercial growth of its care marketplace – MyCeP and brokered its partnership with IBM to build out
Barnet Council – we helped the council understand the need for a care marketplace to manage its personal budgets and personal assistants model, ideally the commercial business case and digital ROI
Local Government Association – we shadowed the health and social care programme at the LGA to provide advice and guidance on emerging digital innovation in the sectors as part of helping to support local public services
CGI – we helping CGI understand and build its market position for health and social care through a market engagement exercise that helped assess the digital products and services in the health and social care sectors
